CNS Monitoring Kit (Google Sheet & Form)

This is a Google Sheet and form that has been created to track the CNS for Training. It is really simple to use, all you need is a way to measure vertical jump and a hand grip dynamometer. The google form is where the athletes will fill out their information each day. The information will then automatically be input into the google sheet. That information will then be put into a graph with the results for that day.
